1st St. Sol Garden Wildfire Wellness & Medicine Making Workshop
In light of the current climate conditions, we would like to welcome everyone to our November 16th educational workshop on immune and respiratory system medicine. We are grateful to Maya Blow, from Soul Flower Farm, for inspiring and sharing this plant medicine and knowledge. With her help, we are able to share and deepen our connection to plant medicine in the following activities:
– Recipe for wellness soup.
– Information on plants that will help with immune and respiratory systems.
– Insight on plants that are best for air purification inside of your home and garden.
– Information on how to care for air-purifying plant allies and friends that care for us.
Please join us for this empowering workshop to learn how to make medicine for yourself, your family, and your community.
Snacks, refreshments, and materials will be provided.
All ages welcomed.
This workshop will take place based on healthy oxygen levels. We will follow the Air Quality Index report guidelines.
